LBIggle

lol at that last goal.. sloppy terrible.  stick pronger in goal

SD

All 3 goals Boucher gave up were horrendus, the 3rd being the worst. He's reverted back to his late regular season form. He's not seeing shtein and his position sucks.

Rome

I wonder how Brent Celek feels about Boucher?

Let's ask him!

LBIggle

I would ask Brent if he could beat Boucher in a 1v1 street fight but since Boucher obviously can't see anything we already know the answer.

The forwards all looked completely exhausted and useless in the third period (Giroux being the exception). If that is indicative of anything [IGY]I wouldn't be surprised if they end up getting swept.[/IGY]
Is rjs gonna have to choke a bitch?

Let them eat bootstraps.

agreed. They're missing Carter and Gagne something fierce.

I think they're missing Laperriere just as much.

LBIggle

I think their missing a professional goalie.

BigEd76

I think they're missing a lead

they are clearly outmanned but its not like boston hasnt gone without some of their best players

the difference is the flyers already had upwards of six 4th liners/minor leaguers in  their lineup even when healthy...so when a gagne and carter go out its gets exacerbated to levels you cant over come

of course goalie is a whole other thing...boucher got lucky playing a team in the first round who didnt have a pulse and despised their coach...all you need to know about bb is that people were raving about him last game and he gave up FIVE goals

depressing part is boston isnt even that good and they dont have a goalie either...if the flyers even had one of their good not great teams from the past they could make the cup this year with all the doors that have opened (top 3 seends losing) and their not being even close to a great team in the east

no they dont miss a 4th liner penalty killer...would i rather have him than jared ross of course...but the results dont come near changing...and with gagne and carter out id much rather have leino in the lineup than lappy

Rome

if you ever played the game like mpmcgraw played pro baseball you'd know how much they miss him.

ice grillin you

they have lost two one goal games and in those games given up 1 ppg and outhit boston by a fairly wide margin

nothing he does would have made even a little bit of a difference...game one was a classic they just didnt come out on top...they needed a couple saves made last night and/or one or two more timely goals in the series and they are at worst tied one one...lappy is giving them neither of those things

again i would rather have him than not and i like the guy a lot...but they arent missing him to any great extent
