"He was in a vulnerable position and Richards knows he's in a bad spot," Keith Ballard said. "That's the same stuff they've been trying to cut and put an end to. He's looking the other way."

Really? It's a farging physical sport, god forbid someone's in a "vulnerable" position.

What the hell has happened to sports.

perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds

No suspension per Bill Daly, and Ballard is a center ice hitting defenseman.  Plus if it bothered him he could have dropped the gloves to show his disgust, instead he skated around like a fairy

I googled mike Richards to watch the hit again and this was the 5th result on the page

QuoteMike Richards's Girlfriend
Discussion forum for Mike Richards's girlfriend. Does Mike Richards have a girlfriend? Is he dating someone? Is he married? Would you date him?

that discussion board is a whole other world.  Girls talking about which players they banged, how well their hung.  I've never ventured over there because the whole weirdo factor is off the charts.

brutal game tonight.  They were dominated by a team that's been on the road for two weeks and was in Atlanta last night...

Rome

They were obviously overcome with concern over Booth.

Does the grittiest line in the world (Richards, Hartnell, Ash) make anyones head explode?

VERSUS for tonight's game in Washington

and Phillyburbs is reporting Gagne needs hernia surgery, but Holmgren is denying it

went to saturdays game and sat up in the balcony suites.   nice and all, but too fargin high.  cool seeing JVR's first goal, and booth getting rocked.  it happened too quick for anyone to have done anything.. and i don't think the stadium really had any idea how bad he got drilled until they brought the stretcher out.  they weren't showing a replay in the stadium unless you could find a TV, i guess thats where the box came in handy.  definitely should not have been any suspension unless their looking to the players into a bunch of gun shy vadges.

sounds like an awesome follow up game against san jose.  how did boucher look? i heard some moans and groans from some friends.

Booosh looked horrible, let in nothing but softy's, and they all came out playing not to lose.

Gagne is out for who knows how long with double hernias, he's as fragile as Gaborik

Yeah, I gave up the Center Ice package this year.  Without Vs on DirecTV, I'm getting no hockey at all on the television.  I am getting this game on the laptop, and it's meh.  Glad I didn't waste the money.

i figured bouch was still terrible.. must've been what the grumblings were about.

um.. weren't they up like 2-0 at some point .. i thought i remember seeing that when the last time i checked.  idiots.
