This may have already been discussed so I apologize, but when was the last time the Chiefs visited Philadelphia?  Was it 1998?  Was that the only other time?  I can't recall the Chiefs playing in Philadelphia in the 80's.

yeah, i believe 98 was the last time they've been to philly.  92 the eagles went to kc and again in 2000 and 2005.  don't remember them being in philly in the 80's earlier.  couldn't really tell you about anything prior to that.

last time they were in philly was the second eagle home game of my current season tickets...the first one after the seattle debacle that basically sealed ray rhodes fate

He did that was the year the Raiders went to the SB.

KC and Philly never played at all in the 80s, I believe. The Eagles and Chiefs both finished 5th in their division multiple times in the 80s, and a fifth place finish only entitled you to two interconference games instead of four. The scheduling rules were pretty crazy back in the day.

it wasnt the year the raiders made the superbowl nor did they blow them out but yes gannon did...i thought he was hurt that game for some reason

I was at that Seattle game.  I drank a case of Rolling Rock ponies the night before and right through the day of the game.  I just remember it was about 100 degrees out that day and I threw up about 12 times.

It was the year before the Raiders went to the SB.  The score was 20-10, though it wasn't that close.  I remember that game fairly well and the Raiders pretty much controlled that game.
