I don't hate it. This year was going to be somewhat of a rebuild process anyway - so depending on how Foles grades out with Kelly in training camp, etc., Vick is a stop-gap. If Foles shows something, they dump Vick or have him as a backup. They could also go a lot of ways in FA or the draft that could end up in Vick being showed the door.

I don't hate it. You keep him under control and let him play it out with Foles and whomever they decide to draft.

If he is beaten out then you deal him.
