I pretty much get the impression that most of you have half of Kolb in your throats. By all means, feel free to bash me for this. I think its just ridiculous to defend either side right now. None of you know how this will turn out and to argue about who likes who and point fingers is pointless. I'm just glad Vick did what he did. I honestly think we could have Brees as our QB and Reid would still find a way to farg shtein up.

Reid is culpable for some of that, but I honestly think they have made the wrong call with him.

Reid is 100% to blame for the loss.

Well, I will sit back and see what happens and hope that I am dead wrong. Because I want to book some tickets to Philly for a goddamn parade.

So let's hope Quarterback Jesus is the right decision.

It will not happen under Andy Reid sorry. Now pray for his death like the rest of us.

McNabb was done on the Eagles whether Kolb was the call or not.

If Kolb turns out to suck royally (which I don't believe he will) then they can always punt Reid the farg out and start over with a new coach and a new quarterback.

ice grillin you

can you show me anywhere where cobb has been annointed the next great one...not someone saying it was time to move on...but someone calling him qb jesus

i mean anywhere whether on this board or off

you really are losing it
i can take a phrase thats rarely heard...flip it....now its a daily word

Rome

jay's using over the top hyperbole in describing kolb's legion of fans.

i can certainly understand why that sort of thing would be foreign to you.

ice grillin you

this doesnt sound like hyperbole to me...sounds like he truly believes he has been hyped

he's been hyped by the eagles and their ridiculous pr machine.

no one in the mass media that i know of has jumped on his cock, though.  i could be wrong because i read as little from the philly media as possible preferring to get most of my inside info from twitter & mds.

PoopyfaceMcGee

The first QB and coach to win a Super Bowl with the Eagles are great.  Until then, they're all bums.

Did you read anything leading up to the season? The National media was all over his jock.

I wouldn't go as far as to say they were all over his jock.  He showed in his first two NFL starts that he was capable. It was/is a big story when you are replacing a guy that was the face of the franchise for 11 years.

He had a bad start yesterday and then got hurt. I don't know how anybody could judge either way.  I am sure he had some jitters being it was the first time he was "the guy".

McNabb never had jitters ever.

He's been hyped a lot.

His legion of fans, more so the Hate McNabb Group, were very vocal in hyping him up. I mean, how much did we, well I guess not you, hear about his accuracy? About how he was the true WCO QB they needed? How his leadership was oh so wonderful.

So while I do go beyond with the Jesus and Anointed One stuff, the hype was certainly there.

And it was mainly by those who were pissing on McNabb's Eagle-grave.

if i could id piss on his face for wasting 11 years of my life with worm burners and puke jobs

then id take his urine-soaked face, rip it off his flabby body and beat the shtein out of andy reid with it

Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.
