After a slow start, Tapp is starting to make a contribution as a decent pass-rushing tackle in their nickel package. But Clemons already has 5 1/2 sacks with the Seahawks, which is just 1 1/2 sacks fewer than he had in two seasons with the Eagles.

it will be interesting to see if Clemons can keep that pace up, but he has a much better chance to do so in seattle than he ever did with the eagles.

aside from playing as a down lineman, hes used a rover or hybrid LB...something he would never do here.

The Eagles are working out cornerbacks Fred Bennett and Joe Burnett, but say they do not intend to sign either one.

The team said the workouts were previously scheduled and the Eagles are just kicking the tires for potential spots in the future.

That means Ellis Hobbs is presumably safe.
