QB Eagles

QuoteIbanez and first baseman Ryan Howard drove in eight of the team's 13 runs on a pair of grand slams, the first time two Phillies have hit bases-loaded home runs in a game since Sept. 9, 2003, when Tomas Perez and Jason Michaels did it against Atlanta.

I'll never forget driving home from the first game and listening to wip and 950, fans were crying over Burrell leaving. Now nobody gives a shtein, Ibanez is by far the team MVP up to this point.

Looked pretty bad when he first did it.  Then I felt better when he pretty much hopped right up.  Then he tried to throw a pitch...  :-\

anyone whose ever played basketball in their life has done that at least four times...hurts like a mother right when it happens...hurts worse the next day is usually completely gone within two weeks

yeah, there's been quite a few times where i've been playing ball during lunch or something and i'll roll my ankle, walk it off and keep playing.  then i take my shoes off to hit the showers and it swells up so bad that i can't fit my foot back into my boots so i end up wearing one combat boot and one tennis shoe for the rest of the day.  it makes me look sexy.

Never played basketball but from gymnastics, I know it well. Completely fine in 1-2 weeks. Blows up like a grapefruit, bruises, hurts like a bitch the first couple of days.
