Um, I would take Marvin Harrison's old ass. I'm not a person to jump at every WR that gets released but in lieu of getting some sort of young stud on the open market I would take Harrison in a heartbeat.

Marvin Harrison asking for his release that will save $7 million in Colts cap space

not that he is burning by anybody on his seam routes, but Id take him as another set of solid hands in this offense and hes probably looking to come home to Philly

NO

stop playing fantasy football and trying to get someone every time a player is released

not too sure what the hell youre talking about here-- the only receiver I said the Eagles would pursue is Holt on the cheap

nice try though

and yes for the record I would take Harrison just for the way this offense is spread-- and he probably would be the only guy in this offense that would know how to get open in the friggin red zone

ice grillin you

he can barely get open anymore and the only reason he puts up numbers is because of his chemistry with super accurate manning...lol at hedgehog throwing mcnabb getting him balls like peyton did the last couple years...i give it about two and a half quarters before harrison starts getting frustrated and mentally goes into retirement...he would be the wr version of hugh douglas in jacksonville if he came here

The Eagles offense compared to the Colts offense is apples and oranges. Peyton Manning throws 15-20+ yds routes left and right to Wayne and Clark...not suitable for Harrison anymore

I can almost bet you that if Harrison came here, which we know he wont, that he would be productive as hell in this offense. At his age and his speed hes not looking to do squat after the catch. Hes perfectly suited  for the short dump, catch and fall that is Donovan McNabb

98 catches for 850 yards and 4 TDs. Bet.

When did Reid turn into Mike Martz?

mcnabb stinks on the timing and short throws and is quite nice on the deep stuff...so lets get harrison to run eight yard hooks and fall down?...awesome

in the end i honestly dont care if they get harrison or not but i dont see any need to make a post saying youd want him...hes whatever at this point and id rather have jason avant doing what you describe than marvin harrison...eagles dont need a 37 year guy taking PT away from avant

I wont belabor this hypothetical thought any longer--Im looking for sure hands in the end zone...when you find that guy on the Eagles roster hit me up

SunMo

sure hands, can't get open, and needs someone with terrific accuracy to get him the ball...sounds like a perfect fit

thats all the eagles have is guys with sure hands....avant - baskett - celek - westbrook - curtis

sure hands is not why they didnt score in the red zone

I take it all back. Let's release Harrison into the wild and hunt him for food.
