delaware is known for being the first state...its one of the first things every kid in the country learns in school...that more than enough to put it on the map...the fact that it has freindly tax laws is irrelevant to it being recognized by the average person

I have no idea what a Q rating is, but you changed the rules to accomodate your opinion on Delaware because without major corporations this country would cease to exist.

people in other countries absolutely do not know that potatoes are from idaho. 

i would think the majority of people in the business world do know that the tax laws make DE a good state to be incorporated in.

the answer here is montana.  montana has nothing except a little piece of yellowstone which no one knows is even in montana.

we arent talking business world we are talking q rating and delawares tax laws dont come close to registering...it would be like saying people in the flower world know the best flower show in the country is in philly so philly is well known because of that...the cheesteak gives philly a q rating...ben franklin...the liberty bell ect...not a flower show...in delaware its the first state thing and thats it...in idaho its potaoes...ect...


montana is right there with north dakota...i dont think you can go wrong with picking nd montana or rhode island
