Rod Hood had a 31-yd INT/TD for the Titans yesterday

PhillyPhreak54

IGY - I saw that game (most of it) and he had some great catches.

And it would be nice to have Rod Hood.

Meanwhile we have to watch Ramzee Robinson and Dmitri Patterson get meaningful run.

Can't wait too see Baskett catch the winning td today vs Bmore.

Studebaker has 2 INT's today.  :-D

He just picked one in the endzone and took it 94 yards. But did not score.

The announcer cracked himself up by saying "the Studebaker ran out of gas".

perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds

Al Harris tore his ACL and is done for the season

Dawk left the Chargers/Broncos game with a neck injury

and Harbaugh showed he was from the Andy Reid school of time management late in today's game, using a timeout THEN challenging a play (and losing), so he lost his last two timeouts at the same time when they needed to get the ball back.  Indy ran the clock down to :20 and won...

I know hawk is usually sarcastic, but tough call there. hawk you want to clarify please? thanks

Pure sarcasm. I don't think anybody who's ever even met Michael Lewis believes he can cover worth a damn. Any pick he gets is pure luck

Allen Rossum cut by the Cowboys

QuoteRunyan on way to San Diego
Posted by Gregg Rosenthal on November 24, 2009 5:19 PM ET
Jon Runyan's congressional career may have to be put on hold for a little while.

The former Eagle is headed to visit the Chargers Tuesday, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.  The Chargers need help at tackle with Jeromy Clary sidelined indefinitely, and could finalize a contract with Runyan shortly if all goes well.

Runyan has been readying himself to play football again after undergoing microfracture surgery last year, but hasn't yet found a suitor willing to offer him a contract.

Good luck, JR. Hope it works out.

QuotePer Rotoworld:

Chargers signed OT Jon Runyan, formerly of the Eagles.

San Diego may hold an in-practice competition between Corey Clark and Runyan at right tackle this week. Runyan started an amazing 192 straight games between 1997 and 2008, but turns 36 in three days and is coming off microfacture surgery. He's not likely to be an upgrade in pass protection.

That makes me sad for some reason.

Because the idea of old men who can't accept their lot in life is sad, perhaps?
Is rjs gonna have to choke a bitch?
