Well, it doesn't really matter which team you're accepting the extra year from if the money is right.  That said, if he expects to get a chance to re-up before year 5 anyway, then he should stick to his guns and only accept a 4-year-deal.

Players and agents are as much to blame for this shtein.  If your guy is thinks he'll outperform his contract by the end of it, don't accept the extra years unless the salaries escalate ridiculously.

A day and a half and we'll see him in an Eagles uni on TV. Who knows if he'll get any action with the first or second team though. I've heard Greg Lewis, Baskett, and Avant are really going nutso in camp, and are due for HUGE years!

He lost 20 lbs. and looks faster. I always felt he could be halfway decent if he were a little faster. We'll see.

Man, I didn't like the fact that Jackson seized up, or stopped running on that deep pass at the start of the game the other night. He's supposed to have the speed to get to those passes from Dmac. That play, dropping passes, and the fumble after his best return so far, put a damper on what could have been a bright spot in a downer of a game.

He still leads all receivers in yards and recepts. I hope we saw  rookie mistakes on a wet field.. He's been getting open and looks to have the tools to play in the NFL, imo. He looks good overall, but a Eagle fan looking for a good wideout is like a starving dog going through your trash. I'll take any scrap or bone.

It went inches off his fingertips. Inches!! Watch the video, he slowed up, wether it be was because he thought it was overthrown or not, he slowed up, and could have gotten hands on it if he kept running. Least wayz, thats the way it looked to me.
