I'm the Anti-Christ. You got me in a vendetta kind of mood.

Of all the Philly teams, Villanova is the only one I really root for.  Thus, I picked Clemson to cruise over them and into the Elite Eight.

Oopsy daisies!

There was like 30 Clemson fans in the pub last night and me.

I got thrown out after the game for "inciting" them.

Maybe next year I'll do a minimal amount of research before filling out my bracket.  This year wasn't pretty.

I also missed an opportunity to see a bunch of games from the East bracket in person, as I didn't even realize they were being held at the RBC Center, right down the street in West Raleigh.

I was able to go to the  Georgia vs Xavier and Purdue vs Baylor at the Verizon Center in Washington DC for the day games. Nice little mid-court suite.

It was tough seeing Georgia blow that lead, and Purdue seriously looked so dominating on the glass and making it rain form the outside, that I was really surprised to see them lose 2nd rd

i picked gtown to win for some reason so hooray for that one.

also spent about 5 hours in car up and down 95 for the temple game, which they lost. i was about 10/15 minutes away from igy, so that really did help the trip. but maryland as a state sucks. it just sucks.
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

The entire state of Maryland is south of the Mason-Dixon.

In southern cal last week on vacation.  My son reminded me just before we left that the NCAA Regionals were in Anaheim.  Scored tickets via stubhub for this past Saturday's game at The Honda Center.  Frickin' awesome.  The atmosphere was electric and we were fortunate to catch two of the better games to date - Stanford/Marquette and UCLA/Texas A&M.  What an experience!   I did not ever expect a UCLA crowd to be that nuts but the place was out of control.  A&M was absolutely robbed on that last non-call.   Happened right in front of us  Kevin Love of UCLA is a beast.  I have to admit it was one of the greatest sporting experiences of my life (right up there with my visit to CBP last April and several trips to The Vet).

Another sign that the US economy is tanking:
RBC = Royal Bank of Canada
For those in the Philly area:
TD Bank / TD Waterhouse = Toronto Dominion
An ad hominem fallacy consists of asserting that someone's argument is wrong and/or he is wrong to argue at all purely because of something discreditable/not-authoritative about the person or those persons cited by him rather than addressing the soundness of the argument itself.
