Nevermind.....these are my current stats.....

Stats Info:
Power: 90 [Ranked: 1]             Speed: 75 [Ranked: 1]
Defense: 106 [Ranked: 1]   Special Teams: 36 [Ranked: 1]
Coaching: 60 [Ranked: 1]   Total stats: 367 [Ranked: 1]

You can type in a higher number than the actual number in there.  Not sure if it has any benefit, but it tells you you trained that many times.

Is that how you've been cheating, cheater?

Oh...not shtein...I didn't know you could do that.

No, I keep waiting until I can train it 5 times.

So, why do you suck so bad then if you've been doing that all along?

I'm ranked number one in special teams.  fat lot of good that's done me

is it possible to score a TD on special teams?  I've been training there figuring that no one else is, and if TDs are possible then I might actually win some games on account of STs

Yes it is possible, but it might be less likely than it should...hard to say.  Kickoff & punts are 50 yards +/- 5.  Then for each point of difference between your special teams you get a -2 to +5 adder.  With capped stats, I'm not sure I like that model.
An ad hominem fallacy consists of asserting that someone's argument is wrong and/or he is wrong to argue at all purely because of something discreditable/not-authoritative about the person or those persons cited by him rather than addressing the soundness of the argument itself.

Because it doesn't do anything anyway.

And because you smell like an astroglide martini.

WTF.  The code definitely stops training when you hit zero Hype, and it looks like you didn't get the benefit of 99 iterations.  I can't reproduce this problem though...hmmm.

You're right.  Clearly, the actual benefit is only based on the amount of hype, but the number will still display as whatever I type in.

When I did that on FC, it automatically cut the extra off.  Would just seem to be cosmetic.

By the way, thanks Cerevant...this is a pretty cool game in the works. :yay

I can't wait to pounce on Freddie and end his streak once he gets out of the nurse's office.

I've changed the code to do the following:
* Initiator gets 1 xp for a win, opponent gets 2 xp for a win.
* Opponent gets no streak increase or decrease when not the initiator.

I'll get the code online in the next couple of hours.

What's odd is that the code is there to cut it off (it doesn't print the number you enter, but the number of times it went through the loop) and that is what I'm seeing.  I don't know what is different in your case.

Cerevant, whenever you make updates/changes to the game, can you include it in your first post in this thread so that way we have a 1 stop shop that gives us all the info about how the game works and everything.  That way we won't have to search through this thread to see the different changes that have been made.

phattymatty

i'm lost.  i'm trying to play but every one of you bitches is in the training room.  what does that mean?

It's doing the same for me too.
