In February 2008, Eagles defensive tackle Mike Patterson was arrested for possession of marijuana. On April 3, a judge dismissed charges of driving while in possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of a controlled dangerous substance.

But Patterson was found guilty of "careless driving: likely to endanger a person.

The Eagles declined comment. The finding exposes Patterson to possible discipline under the league's Personal Conduct Policy.

I think technically, if you are behind the steering wheel -- moving or not -- you can get busted for "driving" infractions.

That's how they get you when you happen to be passed out on the side of a road, sleeping in the driver's seat.  BAM - DUI.  If you need to recharge, you should always move to the passenger seat of back seat.
