Because if you level up mostly by attacking people, your stats are going to suck compared to others at your level.

Methdeez you need to sell your tenement (bank the cash) and propose marriage to MURP. 

MURP, you gotta accept his proposal.  The two of you can figure out which one is the woman, that's your business.  SunMo and I have had the discussion regarding our union, and frankly, it's a private matter.  We had to deal with it, so do you.

Sus, sell your tenement, propose to PPinDC.  Etc.

The benefit for this crap is overwhelming.  Two gang members get the benefit of housing for one house.  There are also features that allow easier sharing of resources and even love notes.

We'll save a lot of money and level quicker by doing this.
