in events, when we succeed at organized crime, they give you a link for details. i always get an error message when trying to see details. does everyone else get this?

It didn't say but I took him out with a sub machine gun.

Yeah, I asked Jack Bauer about it. It will change slightly at every level, since the % is smaller for a specific amount of energy as you move up.
