I sent him a message telling him to stop attacking bloods, and since he did attack one to pay us 15K.
He said to stop attacking him or every chance he gets he attacks a blood.

Is it possible to send a mass email to all gang members of the bloods?  I thought there was, but can't find it now...

1. You arm yourself with your trusty Pistol and meet your accomplice at the bus station who gives you the job.
2. You ride to the target's regular dinner spot.
3. He steps out of his sports car and you tense up and get ready to fire.
4. You fire a fatal bullet into his temple.
Result: You ride home to find 7,500 dollars in 20's sitting on your desk!

Here's an idea.  Offer something like a $2500 or $5000 credit to their application fee for every Cutter they put in the hospital.  

So if we want $150k for them to join and they put 5 different Cutters in the hospital, they get $10000-25000 knocked off their fee.  The gang still makes money, a few Cutters get beat up and we get some entertainment out of it in the process.

i don't think we want to go after cutters yet, they have some heavy's at the top yet that can make us miserable
