here's the user list in "money" order from richest to brokest.  I just went through it and jacked about 4 or 5 people with plenty of loot who haven't been online pretty much since they registered.  Scored an easy 5 grand.

Yes.  And in the case of the first dookie I posted, he's in jail for the next 94 days but can still be attacked. 

The only stipulation with attacking people is you must be in the same city they are.  So you may have to get on the train and sit next to igy if you want to jack someone up.

I did the same as you, and donated money. 

Speaking of...gang money can be distributed to any gang member or it can be used to expand capacity.  Meaning since there's already over a hundred grand in our gang account, we could add a sixth slot already.
