It has something to do with the speed of your attack and defense I believe.

You also get a daily IQ boost from your job......if you have one.  Obviously, the harder your job is, the higher your daily IQ boost is as well.  


I'm enrolled in the intermediate computer training course.  I am teh smarts.

I attacked a guy and I didn't get any experience.

I let him go...maybe I should have mugged him or hospitalized him? That was my first attack.
