Kudos to NFL players for having the discipline to stay out of jail for the first 47 days of the year.

MDS

Yea, last year it took all over 3 hours until Derrant Williams died, so this is really a marked improvement.
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

Texans KR Jerome Mathis was reportedly arrested over the weekend for choking his pregnant girlfriend.

I've always called that choking the chicken.

That guy is on the verge of being awesome one day.

I think he's already there. Already a fringe player, then put on IR in the beginning of the season. Then shows up 3 days before the SB to be with the team and gets arrested for extreme DUI. I don't even know what you have to do to be charged with "extreme DUI". It doesn't get any better than that. He's Awasome!

And this is exactly why the Eagles have a policy that injured players can't travel with the team.
