Get Crumpled?

Drop the tag on LJ immediately and bring Crumpler in.

only if he passes hunt's TE intelligence test first
I'm the Anti-Christ. You got me in a vendetta kind of mood.

Did LJ pass hunt's test?  Because he went to Rutgers.

PoopyfaceMcGee

Keep LJ, get Crumpler, eviscerate Schobel.

ice grillin you

if lj is healthy crumpler is not that much better...id rather have lj at one year (or even extend him) than a fat aging te at multiple years and a sb

im the board pharmacist....always one step above yous

reese125

there has to be serious health concerns with Crumplers knee for them to cut him. They only save $1.3 million by doing so..not to mention he is 30 yrs old. Regardless...its pay day for him on another squad

This.

I would also take Desmond Clark if he were to become available.

Crumpler is declining fast. He's never had good hands (been near the top of the NFL in drops multiple years) and is losing his athletic ability...not much left. I'd rather let Celek get more time and develop.

Never had good hands..wha wha whaaaat

He was Vicks favorite target and was thrown too so many times a game because they never had squat for a receiver. That usually means he was pretty reliable to me. Somethings still odd about the org releasing him though..but he will probably land with TB, Seahawks or Minnesota and have an all-pro year

In Nicaragua, it appears the New England Patriots did beat Giants in Super Bowl

February 15, 2008
MANAGUA, Nicaragua (AP) -- The New England Patriots won the Super Bowl and ended the season with a perfect 19-0 record -- at least it looks that way in Nicaragua.

The NFL donated 290 Patriots hats and an equal number of team jerseys trumpeting the slogans "Super Bowl Champions, 19-0" to impoverished children from two small communities in southern Nicaragua.

Thursday's gifts could not change history -- the Patriots lost the Feb. 3 game to the New York Giants 17-14 -- but they made a lot of youngsters in the communities of San Gregorio and Buena Vista very happy, said Miriam Diaz, spokeswoman for the humanitarian organization World Vision, which arranged the donation with the NFL.

"They (Patriots) lost, but the children won," Diaz said.

The only "football" most of the children know is soccer, but they were very enthusiastic about the U.S. version of the game once the rules were explained to them, she said.

"They were very happy to receive the hats and jerseys," Diaz said. "They said they did not expect such a surprise."

Neither did the Patriots.

Ive watched plenty Dill, but the only thing I need to see is 65+ 800 yds receiving. Thats good enough hands for me

That said, I still would take LJ regardless because of age and upside
