I live in Iowa and decided to take a trip to Lambeau with a few friends of mine who are Packer Backers. We went out Saturday night and I was pretty trashed. While we were walking to another bar, some idiot had the balls to make a remark about Sean Taylor(I was wearing a Taylor authentic jersey). He said, "We like to talk about that guy in the past tense", while laughing. If it weren't for the girl I was with grabbing me, I would've knocked the guy out right in front of a Green Bay cop. I think it would've been worth it to go to jail. Anyway, I'm fortunate that I didn't. Just thought I'd share this story. HTTR.

The only part of that story I believe is maybe the guy was out at a bar. This is one of those stories people tell over the internet to get approval...which is rather pathetic.

I think of Sean as a friend regardless, Sean was everything I wanted to be as a football player and he showed that you can turn your life around. He also bacame a Chrstian during the last years of his life. I cried when he passed not because the taterskins had lost their best player, but because he had become one of the most influential people in my life. So I don't think it's right to say that I can't mourn Sean because I didn't know him on a personal basis... there's just so much more to it than that
