would be nice, but 5 doesn't throw fade routes or off shoulder passes.  that is a big part of fitz's game.  even though chad is/could be slightly retarded chemistry wise, he's a better wco fit with mcnabb.

That's all well and good but Fitzgerald has something outside of the fade and the off shoulder. He has talent. It's not like those are the only two routes he runs. Plus, McNabb isn't going to be here forever and whenever they go to Kolb it would be nice for him to have someone worth two shteins to throw to.

where did he say they were a #4?  you just refered to your own quote in the game thread to prove me wrong, and all you did is prove me right...you farging munson

dont really care to drag this out but early in the game joe and troy discussed that outside of the 04 season the eagles have failed to surround mcnabb with play maker WRs. troy even said the only reason they went out and acquired owens was because their WRs were manhandled in the carolina game.

later in the game troy said something like "to back to our earlier discussion..." and he went on to discuss the WRs and said how if curtis is your #3 your in good shape and brown should be a # 3 or #4.

I can confirm that Aikman said all of that. But please, continue this riveting conversation.

Besides the blatant officiating miss on Hamlin's head-to-head hot on Schobel, the hometown refs were in full force on less obvious plays also.  A couple that went against the Eagles were very questionable (including a holding call on Jamaal Jackson when he cleanly pancaked someone), and there were an assload of non-calls in the Cowboys' favor.

Hamlin didn't get a penalty on that hit because he lead with his shoulder, not his head.  He also kept his head up and didn't lower it and hit Celek with the crown of his helmet.  Like it or not, that's the rule.  Thus, good hit by Hamlin.

You're starting to sound like Art.

I'm going to go ahead and assume that was a better burn pre-edit.  Maybe something about a femoral artery?

Roy Williams suspended for 1 game per ESPNews

i'll bet he knew that he was going to get suspended the next time he got one, that's why he reacted the way he did when they called it yesterday

the fact he basically chased Donovan down with his hands out towards his collar is a genius at work

1 game is not long enough for a scumbag that commits the same foul over. If Donovan would of broke his fibula, he easily would of been suspended 4 games. Ridiculous

Williams only getting one game is a joke.  He repeatedly and deliberately tackles guys like that in an attempt to injure them.  I mean, for God's sake... it's the "Roy Williams" rule, right?

You'd think the dumbass it was named after would get the hint sooner or later.  Guess not, though.  If they really wanted to get his attention they'd suspend him for their first playoff game.

Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.
