If the Pats were just coasting through the season, collecting wins against inferior opponents, I might be convinced that they could come out flat and be surprised by the Eagles.  It has happened to some team every year since the Dolphins won them all.

That's not how the Pats are playing.  They are systematically destroying teams, then kicking them when they are down just to make sure they are dead.  Then they piss on the corpses.  The Pats are playing angry, no holds barred, no mercy.  It is a beautiful thing to watch.  I wish it could have been the Eagles.

Cancer patients usually know they have no shot. But they still hope. And sometimes, they win.  It's the hoping part that drives me to care and watch the game. In the back of my mind, I know they are the eagles, so I lower the bar, if I didn't give a shtein, why the farg watch the game and bitch about it all week after the game.

I just ask for everyone to take Brady's dick out of their throats. i dont know how you dont give props to the pats...they are doing things that boggle the mind...things that have never been done and never will be again...literally ever

as far as hope this is the first eagle game in my entire life where i had zero hope

its one thing to say no way the eagles are winning a game but deep down especially as the game gets closer the feeling that they are gonna win usually creeps into your psyche at least a little bit

but this game holds negative hope for me...im only watching to see how many points new england can put up and to see if mcnabb actually crys on the sideline
