i didnt see the game last night but living here in NYC i heard a lot about it on the sports radio this afternoon.

they mentioned that some of the sixers fans started a "fire isiah" chant. is this true? hilarious if true.

i heard it on the game and they talked about it on wip saying the same thing.....that it was sixer fans...but i dont believe that...it had to be knick fans of which there is always a good amount of in philly

anyone have any confidence whatsoever that the sixers can win tonight....they really need it going into a tough three game western...beating a quality team like the magic would be big

Sometime yesterday on ESPN they were really talking up Thad and the year he's having.  I guess that was nice.

thats cool...tv espn or website?...im kinda surprised that he caught espn's eye cause hes not having the kind of year that jumps out at you...but if you watch him night in and night out he becomes really impressive

Is it just me or does anyone else get incredibly pissed off when you see the Sixers are actually beating a good team, then you see Thad with 4 points and 5 rebounds, when Willie Green has 21 5 and 5? I can't stand Green.

Green put up 20+ the last time against this squad.

Aside from Miller and Iggy, the inconsistency of the players is the most frustrating, but any young squad will make you pull your hair out. I expect Thad to be up and down ...no matter the circumstance

i know what youre saying i used to get upset about it too but more because he was taking minutes from carney who i wanted to see more of...but this team is going for the playoffs now and willie green knows how to play in this league whereas thad doesnt ...in the long run thad is clearly the better player but for right now you go with whats working...one day when this team is better willie is going to be an excellent instant offense guy off the bench ala a vinnie johnson

Green was great at both ends of the floor tonight, he's been decent on this little run. Hard not to give Sammy some credit too since Howard was a non factor. Not to take anythng away from this win but the Magic seemed a little lethargic tonight. Like they only gave a half ass effort to score then dished it off thinking the 3 would save them. They also looked extremely slow running the floor.
