Damn disk was farged for the second to last episode - so I had to rewind and forward it 4 or 5 times to see what happened to Stringer once Omar and Brother Mazoun chased him through the building. It skipped to him being shot and kept skipping over Omar saying "your boy gave you up".

Season 3 Brother Mazoun sends his guy into a gay bar looking for Omar, he shoves and says something to some gay guy and walks out, as the gay dude goes forward you see Rawls sitting at a table taking a sip from his drink. It was quick and I hit rewind just to make sure I saw what I did.

The Rawls thing was terrific how they just dropped that. John Doman is really quite good in that role.

you probably missed it matty cause it literally lasted about five seconds and they never went back to it

doman is better than quite good...he farging fantastic...his scenes in season one where hes going off on mcnulty for farging up all the time are as good as it gets...as is the scene after greggs gets shot and mcnulty is blaming himself and no matter how much rawls hates mcnulty he still goes and tells him that its not his fault and he needs to buck up
