Prop Joe had 1 of my favorite lines in the entire series that seems to get over looked. During a Co-op meeting, while commenting on how the different gangs came together, he's says "you're a cold ass crew of gangsters and yall carried this like Republicans and shtein."

Just a great line.

actually his best performance as the melody of voices he did when trying to find out who was on the major crimes unit in season 4

a bit of an unrealistic scene (why would someone like prop joe be that good at doing voices?), but hysterical nonetheless
