I'd like the Eagles to trade up and take Willis.  So long as we're wishing for the moon...

If Ginn were to fall to Philly's spot I would hope they run that card to the podium.  I really don't want a WR in the first at all, but his return ability make him worth a late first alone.

if youre looking for KR hope the birds take yo figures on the second day...hes only a KR but he is amazing...plus he passes the name test with flying colors

The idea of the Eagles taking Anthony Spencer angers me for some reason.

Does Eckel say who he thinks the Eagles are trying to trade up for? I put 0 validity in anything he says but it would be good for a laugh.

PoopyfaceMcGee

It's not the fact that he's from Purdue, oddly enough.

It probably has something to do with a completely unfounded gut feeling that he's wildly mediocre as a player.

Right.  It's like "very unique"... a useless adverb thrown in for dramatic effect.

Foxsports ranked the Eagles 2005 draft as the 3rd best draft this decade, no mention of the 2002 draft which was much better.

Magical_Retard

wouldnt it be amazing if they traded up somehow and got johnson?

forget about ever running the ball again.

I think Spencer would anger me too...

And I'd love to see them take Willis, but no shot whatsoever.

mussa

I have absolutely no clue who they are going to take.

The Eagles don't need another defensive end who can't play all three downs.  They have about 10 of them already so Spencer and Moss should be out.

I'd rather see them take the best cornerback available because the pass rush will eventually suck again next year when Kearse goes down after being struck by lightning or Howard disappears like a fart in a hurricane, and a cornerback who can cover will be a necessity because of that.

In other words, the idea of Will Peterson or Joselio Hanson as the nickel corner scares the hell out of me, especially when they're playing against the Cowpokes and the Vadges.
