Walts chicken in Wilmington was the best in Delaware, which IGY will say is like being the smartest mongoloid at the special olympics, but they have damn good chicken.  We always had them cater parties, prices were good, and their hotsauce was the perfect combo of vinegar/heat.

Between the article itself and the pics, it looks like he just opened up a 3 story Applebee's but doubled the menu prices.
