i went to subway to get a sandwich this morning and ended up meeting john mccain out front. shook his hand but was way too high to talk to him.

I have to limit salt intake for the rest of my life as of this week, which means no more meals at crappy joints for me.

Anyone here happen to have any experience dealing with Meniere's Disease by chance?

Isn't Meniere's something with the ear? What the hell does salt have to do with it?

Yea. It causes ridiculous bouts of vertigo. I was in the hospital all day two Mondays ago with vertigo. Apparently salt and msg triggers the attacks. Its not a big problem eating at home. Going out for food, not so much.

Yeah if it didn't last for 8-10 hours when it hits I'd put up with it.

I'd rather it be sugar. Salt is awesome. I can still have it, but I have to monitor the farging nutritional value charts no the back of everything I get now to make sure I don't exceed daily values. Awesome.
