Trader Joe's owns all of you.

HT is more of an "every day" grocery store, and Trader Joe's is better for certain things.  Then again, that could just be my opinion because there's a Harris Teeter less than 2 miles from my house, but TJ's is about 10 miles.

No, you've got it right.  Well, about Trader Joe's anyway..I can't speak for Harris Teeter because I've never been.  TJ's is not a full complement grocery store.  You go there to get good priced natural foods that aren't full of preservatives and hormones and transfats, etc.  They don't go in for the branded stuff that's got advertising and marketing packaging costs rolled into the price..they just source good food from good places and sell it.

You don't go there to get toilet paper and dish detergent and potatoes and onions and tater tots.

Mmmm tater tots.

Funny, I got both potatoes and onions at trader joe's last night.
