vigy has a point to some degree...the list is white white white...but what black cats would you add to this list from that era?  it's a rock list.  James Brown doesn't fit.  Little Richard is prior to this era.

Foreinger over Zeppelin?

Yeah, I've honestly tried to like Zeppelin; I even have most of their albums.  Everyone keeps telling me how great they are, but I really don't see it.  I like a song here or there, but I couldn't ever get through an album.  And I used to listen to some Foreigner when I worked out as a kid, so there was a sentimental angle.
