During the search of Britt Reid's SUV (the GMC Denali, Pennsylvania registration FVW-6293), police seized:



a Remington shotgun;

a magazine containing twelve 45 caliber bullets;

two boxes of shotgun shells;

a silver MAG light flashlight;

a broken 22 caliber magazine;

a blue container with 8 small, clear baggies with white powder residue and four pills;

a small, clear container with white powder;

and a CVS Pharmacy pill bottle in Britt Reid's name containing a green, leafy substance.

On February 5, 2007 NMS Lab Forensic Chemist Darby Lanz and Forensic Chemistry Supervisor Victoria Davis issued a report detailing their analysis of the substances police found inside the 2004 GMC Denali driven by Britt Reid.



          They examined the white pills found inside the blue plastic container and opined they contained Oxycodone, a DEA Schedule II controlled substance.



          They examined the white powder substance found inside the clear plastic container and opined it was Cocaine, a DEA Schedule II controlled substance.



          They examined the botanical matter found in the prescription bottle labeled "Britt Reid" and opined that is was Marijuana, a DEA Schedule I hallucinogenic drug.
