dont tell me you really believe theres been a waiting list all these years...they may come up with one in the future but so far theyve lied about it....in saying there is one and in saying numerous times they would release it soon


Hoagiegate?

succumbing to public pressure and reversing a decision that farged the fans is not caring about us....i just wish their would be an uproar as large as the one for hoagiegate for the ticket stuff...something might then get done

The most glaring one was the Pepsi Zone deal.  They were supposed to leave that plaza open (it's open in the original plans of the Linc) but they saw an opportunity to sell more tickets and jumped on it. 

The SRO nonsense is another.  All those extra people in the stadium diminishes the game-day experience at least for me anyway.

One of the guys on the EMB paid for Loge SBL's before the stadium opened and ended up getting booted out because they took those seats and used them for VIP packages.

I think there's less uproar because people are afraid of losing their tickets.  I paid $1,530 per SBL and those things are worth 3-4 times that now.  That's a fairly significant asset I own and if I rock the boat too much, they might just decide to seize them from me without cause. 

And if they did, what could I do about it?   They have million dollar lawyers on retainer and I'm just some poor working-class schmuck.

I didn't say it wasn't. In fact, if you read the sentence you quoted, I admitted that it was a financial relationship.

i cant believe you could possibly condone a front office and a ticket agency having a relationship of any kind....especially when you refuse to show the fans this 60k person waiting list you brag about all the time

Hang on there...you're rhetoric is getting a little wild. I'm not condoning anything of the sort. I only said that I don't believe there is anything more than what is visible: Razorgator (or whoever) is one of the many clearing houses where brokers - or even individuals - can sell their tickets. I don't doubt that a percentage of the sales revenue (skimmed off of the handling fees) goes back to the Eagles as part of the cost of advertising.

Yes, I think the waiting list is total bullshtein & I would like that process to be exposed in the media. That is a legitimate gripe.

i'm pretty sure the "waiting list" is just a phone number database so they call call idiots like me who think they are on the list and offer them $4000 ticket packages.
