Greg Lacour, of the Charlotte Observer, reports Carolina Panthers OL D'Anthony Batiste was arrested Sunday, March 25, and charged with carrying a concealed weapon. Batiste's bond was set at $2,300.

ha!  Have you seen the parking spaces that are popping up around the country at grocery stores and Wal-Mart type places?  They've actually got designated parking spots for women who are knocked up.  First there's a few spots for handicapped people, then a few more for fetal factories.  I can only imagine that in a few years there will be more spaces up front designated for fat people and then spaces for people temporarily using crutches.  And they'll just keep designating parking spaces for people until it gets to the point where a regular, non injured, non pregnant, non fat, non handicapped individual like myself has to park a mile and a half away from the store. 

It'll be like the $35.00 lot at FedEx field.

Onterrio Smith applied for reinstatement into the NFL.  It got me thinking how Onterrio dropped in the draft and proclaimed himself the steal of the draft for falling into the 4th round, whatever happend to Antajj Hawthorne who went to the Raiders?  Is he still in the league?
