When only two teams seemed to be winning the division every year. If the Eagles go on to win tomorrow, they and the Giants will have been the only division winners--in the 70s it was the Cowboys and Skins--I think the Cards won it once.

According to Wikipedia and profootballreference.com, the Cardinals were division champs two years (1974, though their record was tied with Washington) and 1975.
