How did Romney get beat up? I'm on neither side and I can honestly say it was a tie.

No doubt Obama was a totally different person and showed much better conviction and confrontational skills when necessary, but both of them were fired up and fought equally on their policy views with neither one of them a leg up on the other.

I just cant look at the Libya gaffe by Romney and say Obama won because in reality the Libya situation as whole with the video response is farged up by the current administration.

Romney earned points for staying on message and staying on the attack. But Obama both attacked AND defended his record / accomplishments while getting back to his message about this election being a choice between the two candidates' visions. Also Romney just looked hideously uncomfortable. Awkward.

agree on that last point...you can mostly forget what either says...most of it is all crap anyway from both sides......romney lied his ass off last debate for an hour and a half and slaughtered barry.....in debates its as much about how you came off visually and tonight barry looked so much better than romney in every way

now that being said barry also won on the talking points this evening

i for the most part agree with sd's grading...maybe id knock barry up a notch from 6 to 6.5/7
