Right or wrong, it's a football column...I stopped reading that column years ago because the dude couldn't write a concise essay if his life depended on it.  Expansive, parenthetical, meandering, clever, often right, often illuminating, he can do.

But I just can't read six pages of his musings on all kinds of shtein.  I have things to do.

Where was the RIGHT defending Sanchez when he got fired?

Why was Palin crying for Rahm Emanuel to get fired when he called his own fellow Democrats retards?

Why should those people or opinions be punished but not Juan? I personally think Juan should have been fired, but ok you can debate that and bring up good pro and con points, but the fake outrage and concern from the Right is laughable.

Yeah because I claimed they were exactly the same. NPR has the right to fire anyone regardless of receiving gov't funding, which Dio pointed out is 2%. These same comments if made about Jewish people, Blacks, or other minorities would have drawn fire but hey its against MOZLEMS so the Right sticks up for Juan and NPR is now on some sort of Jihadist inquisition.

Not true.  He was paid as a news analyst, not a columnist, and he'd been warned previously about espousing opinions that did not conform to their editorial & broadcast standards.
