ha, DelDot is the worst thing i've seen.  They make a project that in the same MD strech of 95 took a month to re black top, and update, it takes delaware 12 months to complete, and they get a huge bonus for just beating their ridiculous deadline.  Thats why i'm happy with the taxes i pay for MD, because they get shtein done with that money, not cake off the same folks to steal from the taxpayers every day.

12 months would be awesome...they have been doing construction on that stretch of 95 for at least 20 years...and im not joking...ive yet to hear an explanantion why...  and nothing EVER gets done

in fact the only thing thats ever gotten done around there (or possibly anywhere in the state for all i know) is the new delaware house

yeah, that thing got fixed amazingly quick for them, but that was because they were losing revenue with it not being in service.  The state just rolls projects from part to part, so they'll spend a year or two on one spot, then go up the road and do another spot, and then go back.  Those contracts are huge money, and its never going to change unfortunately.

The commercials for her on WDEL during the Phillies games are nauseating.

Like it's a bad thing to be a moderate. That's exactly what this country needs more of.
Luckily Castle is most likely going to crush her. I'll like having Castle/Carper in the senate representing us.

And I laughed out loud at IGY's 95 comment. So true. It took them god knows how long to add that 5th lane to the 295/495 merger. Most of the construction lately seems to be down near the 896 exit/maryland border, so I havn't had to deal with it much outside of a random project here or there.

i still think the greatest idea ever is to just eliminate the state and make the south half md and the north half pennsylvania...it would make the world a much better place
