Gary, Indiana votes are NOT in yet:

They are supposedly having record turnouts as well.

Heavily - it is basically a Chicago suburb.  CNN just reported that there are over 11,000 absentee ballots in Lake County and they won't release any results until all the votes are counted.  They are saying they won't have results until near midnight.

Great county-by-county map.
An ad hominem fallacy consists of asserting that someone's argument is wrong and/or he is wrong to argue at all purely because of something discreditable/not-authoritative about the person or those persons cited by him rather than addressing the soundness of the argument itself.

Very good news for Obama obviously.

Yeah, MSNBC is saying the same thing about midnight.

And pretty much EVERYWHERE is saying that this night is a complete disaster for Hillary. She won't have the money to compete after tonight and the supers are just going to pretty much stream towards Obama after tonight.

Looking at the numbers I'd say there's no way Clinton wins Indiana. Less than 20k vote lead, only 30% of Lake counted. She's done.

ATV

Whups, Lake went down to 55%. Indiana's lost.

Clinton is still done though.

Doesn't matter. This thing is over barring a historic collapse from Barry.
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

I don't think Hillary is ready to jump out a window...

Big night for Obama.  It is nice seeing the press calling Indiana a "close one" and that she "squeaked by".

Another big win for Obama last night was getting some free, prime time face time with his early win in NC.  He gave another good speech and used the time to emphasize his humble roots and to talk about party unity against McCain.

I think yesterday slams the door on the Wright nonsense, so with WV and Kentucky coming up I think the conversation will continue to focus on what Obama will do to win over the white folk.  I think a failure of the Obama campaign is that people are talking about "how can he win" when he is winning - he needs to find a way to get more people talking about how Hillary can't win.

Don't think for a minute that the "nonsense", as you call it, is going away. We'll have to listen to it all over again when Obama runs against McCain.

Unless Wright gives the press new sound bites, it is just going to get old, and will start to work against whoever uses it.

I'm not sure what's worse. IGY's bombastic hyperbole, or the flocking masses who insist on responding with deadly seriousness to everything he posts.

I'm pretty sure the endless responses and I-Told-You-So attitudes are the worse of the two.

i DID say america is not ready to elect a black president....ive never wanted to be wrong more than i do on that prediction but a black guy winning the presidency is something totally different than a black guy winning the democratic nomination
