I don't know if others have described it as such, but Lessig thinks Hillary will resort to "Swiftboating" - not only attacking her opponent, but attacking his greatest strength.  She's already claimed that Obama is "weak" on the war, when that is patently untrue.

While the best thing for the party and for the country would be for Hillary to step down a la Romney, it looks like this is going to be a fight to the death.

Hillary is not a fan of compromise for the greater good.  She will not concede before the convention.

Clintons are going to play dirty this last stretch. They're career politicians and that's the way the game is played.

Yup, I 100% agree. I also said this the other day to a friend of mine. I see it coming too.

I'm thinking you'll find that train of thought more with Dems than Repubs though.  Maybe not quite to the extreme that Hillary would take it, but it does seem that most Dems would be less likely to put the Democratic Party above all else where Republicans would be more likely to "take one for the team" so to speak.

Rome

They will carpet-bomb the Democratic Party and hand the White House personally to McCain before they do what's right and walk away gracefully.

romney is on the tv right now, and it looks like he's in a staples or officemax store.

name one left wing talk radio show that on a regular basis spews hate towards people

im not talking issue or policy disagreements but pure hate

You gotta be kidding me, Al Franken comes to mind, but then again like you said no one listens to Air America so he is gone. I am not familiar with the hosts names, but listen if you can find a signal, they are only on during the day around here. And you cannot compare them cause millions more listen to the right wing shows, says a lot about how the general public feels about the left's message.

give me some examples of al franken spewing personal hate on the average american...whether it be minorities...women...pregnant teens...gays...muslims...jews ect....

he will hate on the people who do hate monger...but show me where he pesonally attacks every day people

i dont care if anne coulter or rush limbaugh or pat robertson attack people for opposing the war....being pro choice...supporting social programs...but when you start saying america is weak on the war because theres too many gays in the country or laughing at date rape or telling a black caller to take the bone out of his nose and get to work then youve crossed the line
i can take a phrase thats rarely heard...flip it....now its a daily word

igy gettin it done like warrick

im the board pharmacist....always one step above yous

Phanatic

It's still too close for people to expect Hillary to bow out for the greater good at this point. Obama has the momentum but he only leads 1253 to 1211 in total delegates. This thing will go to the wire and I wouldn't fault either side for hanging to the end in a tight race.

its so early...are their really people saying she should drop out now?....

she could easily still win this...in fact if she wins texas ohio and pa three states shes currently favored in (tho losing momentum) shes the frontrunner

He endorsed John McCain.

Not true, Sir Spins-A-Lot.

My original point is still balls-on accurate.  It's your schtick, and you love you for it.

So, assuming that your quotes actually happened (link??) and are the working AND intent you used, those three quotes demonstrate that right-wing media is "filled with hate"?

Dook, your rhetoric is horrible.
The drawback to marital longevity is your wife always knows when you're really interested in her and when you're just trying to bury it.

It isn't enough to win those states, but she would probably have to win all three with a significant margin to pass Obama again.

Here's an eye opener...possibly the biggest prize left on the Democratic primary calendar is...

Wait for it...

Puerto Rico - who, in contrast to the states, typically delivers all 63 of their delegates to one candidate.  This would be a larger difference than the wins in New York or California.

In other news, the governor of Puerto Rico endorsed Obama today.

so you can compare the two then.

anne coulter and pat roberson have a radio show? since when? I personally think Ann is an over the top attention whore.

Pat Robertson believes in the bible when it speaks against homosexuality, so meh on that, it's his personal opinion. You can still have that in America can't you?

Rush told a black caller to take a bone out of their nose in the 1970's and he expressed regret about yet you still bring it up?

Anywho, you will always believe that the "right wing hate mongers" are wrong so have fun with that
