True enough.  I repeat myself entirely too much here.  But really, there isn't all that much left to say when it simply gets worse with each passing hour.  I can't even watch a news broadcast or read a paper without feeling hopeless and depressed.   We had a shot with Obama and we blew it and now we have Trump and both houses in GOP control.  I don't see how anyone can't be revolted and just over this society.

my household is two government workers....republicans have been wanting to close my agency for years and that was during regular traditional republican presidents and congresses...and wifey works for the IRS who is probably the most despised governmental agency of the tea party crazy new "republicans"....its not hyperbole to say we are terrified

nothing yet....but shtein is coming...just a matter of who gets got

our hope is that my agency is so small...as the federal budget goes we are literally a raindrop in the ocean....one fighter jet is worth double our entire budget...that it will get overlooked and fall by the wayside of much bigger things this congress wants to go after....that said i think its a real possibility that my agency doesnt even exist in four years and the odds go way up if trump wins a second term

and on the flip side her agency is so massive that hopefully she will be spared as the odds lower for something to happen to her specific job since there are so many in the irs...also she writes the code for the computer programs that actually collect taxes...so you make massive cuts in her area then you are effecting the countrys ability get money...its sort of a bipartisan area in that sense...congress can write new tax laws so the rich pay less and business pays less and however republicans want to do it but the bottom line is taxes still need to be collected regardless of where they are coming from...and thats what her area makes sure happens in a timely and orderly manner

but who the farg knows and its the uncertainty that is scary....i mean im not describing anything that most people havent experienced at one time or another...its no different than a public sector job where there are rumors of cuts coming down the line and you dont know if its gonna be you or not

i used to say the same thing and get salty as hell that she couldnt help me with what everyone else would tell me is simple shtein...she says what she does has nothing to do with outlook or word or the internet or windows or itunes or really anything i ever have a question about

in fact shes more clueless than i am when it comes to that kind of shtein...if thats even possible
