No one buys it. There is a segment of the population who consider themselves Democrats who will never ever vote for Obama or any person of color. They are looking for politically-correct excuses to dislike and distrust Obama but no one with two brain cells rubbing together thinks for one second that Obama is an elitist and Hillary is not.
Is rjs gonna have to choke a bitch?

Let them eat bootstraps.

I think you're giving the populace far too much credit in the intelligence department.

Independent Pollster, John Zogby:
QuoteWhere do we go from here? My understanding is that probably today, but certainly within 48 hours, about 30 super-delegates will endorse Mr Obama. That should give him further momentum.

An ad hominem fallacy consists of asserting that someone's argument is wrong and/or he is wrong to argue at all purely because of something discreditable/not-authoritative about the person or those persons cited by him rather than addressing the soundness of the argument itself.

Hillary will shatter the party because in her lust for power she only cares about winning.

The more I think of it I really hope she does destroy the party.  They've spent the last seven years cowering at Bush's shadow and as a result they don't deserve a shot to run the country.  Gutless bastiches.

If the supers declare for Obama early she'll have no choice and have to quit. Then the question is does he make her his vice president to try and heal the party?

I think she'll want to shoot for 2012

Don't you think holding the VP job would improve her resume for that bid?

I don't think it is going to happen though.

Absolutley not.

A current standing VP would never run vs an incumbent.

its possible hillary will get out after she romps in wva but most likely she exits after her and obama split oregon and kentucky...this will allow her to claim victory by having won two of the last three contests in big fashion and she can allow barry to claim victory in the race while still having just won a contest of his own

i think she'd rather be a NY senator than a VP and make a run in 2012 or 2016

i wonder how long it takes her to realize shes not gonna be president

This got me thinking.  She probably won't be VP because she wants to be Pres.  So, after she officially loses the primary, what's to keep her from running as an independent so that McCain wins hands sown, and she can try again as the Dem candidate in 2012?
The drawback to marital longevity is your wife always knows when you're really interested in her and when you're just trying to bury it.
