you cant "push it thru"...you have to have the votes...they will probably have them but it requires an up and down vote not a push thru

its actually the opposite...if you vote yes after you lose you were voting yes no matter what...there is more of a chance for no votes after people lose because they are not beholden to their constituents anymore and dont have to base their vote on getting reelected
