What I don't get is why Obama isn't trying to help this.  It would be pure positive PR, and would have little or no effect on his lead.

I haven't seen anyone take up the Clinton camp's BS about "important states" - is there concern that a marginal victory in one more would make that much of a difference?

Obama signed the letter in September and is sticking by his principles unlike the whore in the pantsuit who is doing anything in a desperate attempt to remain in the race.

She's done.  She knows it, her advisers know it, but she still doesn't care in the least because her lust for power supercedes anything and everything else.

HATE.

I'd rather see him stick to the RULES of the CONTRACT they signed than to try to reneg at the sign of trouble.

Hillary's a disgrace.

Slate has updated their delegate calculator to include what-if's for Florida & Michigan.

Even if Michigan and Florida were included, she could win every state by a 10 point margin and still lose by 71 delegates.  Leave out Florida and it is 90.

Without Michigan and Florida, Hillary could win by a 50% margin in Pennsylvania, and win every other state by a 10 point margin, and still be 39 delegates down.

This thing is over.

Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

If McCain's kids were baptized by and he'd donated thousands to a hate-mongering white man, you'd be all over it.  Hell, you're comparing minimal associations with some religious right extremists to a 20-year church membership under an extreme racial divider like Jeremiah Wright.

Again, you're simply a racist.  In your mind, white people aren't allow to be hateful but always are, and black people are entitled to be but never are.  Why anyone would bother trying to convince you otherwise is the biggest question of all.

Dick Morris said it best in the article you posted, FF.  Obama stayed in the church because it was politically and socially expedient for him to do so.   The story will end there unless clueless and self-destructive trotskyites refuse to let it die.  They want to keep beating that drum because decrying racism in this country instead of searching for solutions to it is their stock in trade.

Obama addressed it and shouldn't comment on it again, period.  If the GOP wants to make race an issue, then fine.  They'll get farging obliterated over it and Obama will skate to the White House.  That's what IGY fails to understand here.  The more the GOP makes race an issue, the more it hurts them because Obama has nothing to apologize for concerning race.  The same can't be said for white America, though.

His poll numbers are not plummeting.  They are leveling off.  A CNN poll over the same time frame has Obama securely ahead.  No single poll is meaningful.

McCain is pulling ahead because he is campaigning alone.  When the Democratic nominee is selected, they will jump 10-20 percent in the national poll.
