north carolina has had 10,000 more black votes now than at this point in 2012

black turnout in nc is actually down 5% due mostly tho their sickening voter suppression laws they have passed and of course not having a black person running for president

I believe that story said over this limited X day stretch, black voter turnout is up 10k.  On the whole it's down.

Some of the polling done on people who have already voted seems to indicate that a bunch of the republicans who have voted are Dems who switched to vote against trump in states in primary season.  Obviously there's no way to weigh how many of those voters exist but there's obviously some % where that's true. 

But on the whole, Hispanic early vote is up while black early vote is down.
