As good as Clinton's economic policies may have been, his social impact was devastating. He's as much to blame for the prison industrial complex and mass incarceration of black people in this country as anyone.

In the grand scheme of things he's probably a good to very good president, but I can't call anyone great when they screwed minorities as bad as he did.
