My guesss is a lot of the answers for Trump are based off of comments he's made in the past, which have actually been quite moderate on things like abortion and taxes and etc. Pretty sure he's come out for higher taxes on the rich in the past...not sure how long ago that was though.

It's important to understand that if you click "other stances" on any of those questions, you get an expanded multiple choice that's respectably deep. I didn't realize until halfway through or so, now I have to start over.
