I really liked the line in Obama's press dinner routine about the Huff Post people asking attendees of their afterparty to first attend other after-parties, steal their food and drink, and bring it to the Huff party.

Holy hell, O'Reilly just makes me want to punch something.

Stewart destroyed him...completely made a mockery of him.

He's the first respectable Republican candidate I've seen in, well shtein, I don't remember the last one. McCain almost qualified before he veered hard Right to get the nomination and abandoned all of his credibility. Under a different set of circumstances I might have given Daniels my vote before the Indiana state abortion thing. Now I just see him as someone worth taking seriously, which is the first time I've felt that way about a major republican Presidential candidate in a long time.

His pulling of PP funding is reason enough to line him up with the other asshats from the Right. I personally cannot take seriously someone who has so little disregard for the rights of women.

I think Stewart is wasting his time going on O'Reilly.  You can't reason with unreasonable people.  You avoid them and protect yourself from them.  All he's doing here is driving up ratings and selling ads.

I would literally vote for Jon Stewart if he ran for President.

His income is largely based on ratings and ad revenue.  So if that's the result of going on O'Reilly, then I'm pretty sure he considers it a productive use of his time.

It makes me sad that he and Colbert only get 1-1.5 mil viewers a night, because when you get past the comedy aspect it's really just common sense, middle of the road stuff they throw out there.....which would be nice to have politicians who ran the country that way.

Would also be nice to not have them in the pockets of lobbyists.

perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds

NOT GOOD BUDDY
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

Why is this news? Who farging cares?

Also, if I were as farging gross and cartoonish as Arnold I'd thank my lucky ballsack that any conscious woman would voluntarily hump me. That dude is an inflated clown with years of steroid abuse wreaking havoc on his body. Of course he slept with that uninteresting tramp. Stop pretending that anything about this story is interesting.
Is rjs gonna have to choke a bitch?

I think at this point the dude realizes he's going to get recalled, or at the very least not get re-elected, and is just trying to be as ultra conservative as he can.

The good news is he's putting a national spotlight on how just how Conservative the republican party is trying to be, and it's invigorating both the liberal base and the moderate independents that are turned off by the ridiculousness of conservatism.
