The newly democratic led DoJ is cutting loose a Republican who was prosecuted under a Republican admin because the prosecutors didn't give evidence to the defense, etc.   Good on Holder for doing the right thing.

What's funny is the right-wing nuts out there are actually criticizing the Obama Administration over it.  They've gotten so used to the rule of law being a punchline, they've forgotten that we're a people who are supposed to be governed by it.

Some common sense for Republicans trying to be relevant again.

Stop calling him an empty suit. This line of attack was exemplified by new Fox News star Glenn Beck: "The TelePrompTer is really, really, really bothering me. It bothers me that this man doesn't - this man is always on Prompter. You want to talk about a Manchurian candidate - that's it! Who's writing every word for this man?"

Forget the fact that Beck made this claim right after a week in which Obama appeared unscripted on "60 Minutes," and just before a primetime presidential press conference and interview on "Face the Nation." How can the very same people who made excuses for eight years of inarticulate ramblings by President George Bush rip Obama's fluid prose, scripted or unscripted, with a straight face?
